This WAS a great Gaget for hair removal on my

face that is until in a month time the battery gave

out. I replaced it with another battery.

And with in

a couple of weeks that one gave out. Bought a

High end battery same results.

I liked the gadget and thought this must be a dud, so

I purchased yet another one.

SAME THING!!!!!

I feel ripped off. Can Clio give me a reason for this???

I bought a Clio style Beautytrim trimmer at a local store and immediately tried to buy some replacement blades. I called the toll-free number on the instruction sheet and no one ever returned my call.

Next I tried the company's website. The FAQ states that replacement blades for some of their trimmers and shavers can be found on jet.com and walgreens.com and that the company would work with customers who needed replacement blades for other models. After checking the two listed websites, I found that they carry replacement blades for two models of Clio products [not mine] and that I cannot find any replacement blades anywhere else online. I have emailed this company 3 times and never received any response.

This leaves me wondering if they even sell replacement blades for this trimmer. When I need a new trimmer I will buy literally any other brand but Clio!
