CLINTON HOTEL AND SPA, MIAMI BEACH FL

1. ELEVATOR WAS OUTDATED FOR INPSECTION 2. ROACHES IN THE HALLWAY 3. DOUBLE BED ROOM TOO SMALL FOR 2 PPL 4. VIP passes is only for certain times at certain clubs 5. Airport shuttle only runs after 9 am 6. Hotel looks nothing like on the internet 7. Rude customer service 8. Toliet and sink drainage issues 9. Resturant bar food was nasty 10. No SPA on-site 11. No hot water pool on- site 12. Towels in each room was limited 13. Ref was digusting and not cleaned 14. balcony was not sweeped 15. Concerige over charged for tickets
