I had a good experience
We had a good experience from start to finish. We contacted climate solutions for windows, and they referred us to their dealer. The dealer called within minutes and followed up every step of the process.

Candle flickering in the draft
These windows are draftier than the ones I replaced. I placed a candle on the sill, and the flame went almost horizontal.
The company came three times with little mesh pieces (think dish scrubber) to insert inside my brand new windows. Right, that didn't work. To make it all better - not - they said I am the only customer to ever complain about their product.
The company who sold me the windows offered to reinstall new ones, but I was done with them. I'll be looking for new windows to replace my new windows sooner than I expected.
