I still have not received a my refund instructions to return my order. They said they will need to send a return label I still have not received.

Very little response from Cliganic.

This has been a problem since December 7th. I still have products I never wanted shipped to me even after multiple attempts to cancel this order before it shipped

I placed an order 12.7.24 and immediately realized I ordered the wrong product after receiving the email confirmation. I immediately tried to contact customer service to cancel the order.

They do not have a phone number. Only an support email. I emailed them same day to cancel the order. I received no response until days later after they shipped the products.

I asked for a return label at this point and to this day.

They have not sent the return label and no refund offer. I can't return the items without the label.

$47

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not order directly from the website. If you need to return your purchase they will give you the run around. I'm going to report them to the BBB

Did not authorize order. Did not respond to emails. Unable to get return instructions.

Ordered once. Advised 9/06/24 of auto ship subscription.

I immediately advised same date, 9/06/24, that I did authorize this order or payment. Charged to my Mastercard which they kept on file.

There is no way to be able to call to ask a simple question: why is Castor Oil in a plastic container instead of glass, given the potency of Castor oil? There is no phone number nor live chat.
