The keep sending me products I have not ordered and charging my credit card. Never do business with this compnay
There is no phone number to call the company, and all my emails are ignored. They keep charging my credit card for products I have not ordered.

Story with your company very much bad
Stop using my account to withdraw $39.49 every month for E Oil. I called in November and spoke with your representative, who promised to stop sending E Oil and cease the withdrawals.
However, today I received a pending transaction of $39.49 again.
Stop lying to the customer! For your order 1015****, stop and send to my email larisashelton8@***.com.

I placed an order 12.7.24 and immediately realized I ordered the wrong product after receiving the email confirmation. I immediately tried to contact customer service to cancel the order.
They do not have a phone number. Only an support email. I emailed them same day to cancel the order. I received no response until days later after they shipped the products.
I asked for a return label at this point and to this day.
They have not sent the return label and no refund offer. I can't return the items without the label.

Did not authorize order. Did not respond to emails. Unable to get return instructions.
Ordered once. Advised 9/06/24 of auto ship subscription.
I immediately advised same date, 9/06/24, that I did authorize this order or payment. Charged to my Mastercard which they kept on file.

Lack of communication
There is no way to be able to call to ask a simple question: why is Castor Oil in a plastic container instead of glass, given the potency of Castor oil? There is no phone number nor live chat.
