I haven’t received my order

My item was supposedly lost be Evri , I know shocking! Evidence sent to Cliffside who are over a month later saying they have to wait for their investigation department to decide what to do they literally have evidence this item was ordered in December !

We are now in February. They answer emails days later and alway the same we are waiting

Placed order in December and still no items

I placed this order for my son on the 6th December. We still to date have not received the items.

1st excuse was due to Christmas backlog - I appreciate that and can understand maybe a extra week or 2. But 9 weeks down the line and the only reply I get in short is that it's on its way.

They have refused a refund and I am unsure if I will ever get the items - even if I do my son does not want them now and I have been completely put off my the experience.

I have given too many chances now and will have to look into taking this further as I'm out of pocket by £75.99 and nothing to show for it. Waste of time and money.

i have been waiting for a reply for 2 weeks again they said they would not give me my money back as they said instore credit is policy on returns or cancellations but like i told them i never had a item to return or refund so i want a money refund as they never sent the item i payed for but no reply i ordered thie item on the 28th of November so they have not got the item

i ordered on 28th november never had my order will not give refund keep saying my parcel in the next batch of deliverys yet all that i ordered is showing on the website as in stock it do not taje 8 weeks to deliver

I have been contacting yourselves since the end of October, and still I havent received my jumper I ordered. I placed this order on the 22.10.23!!!

Apparently its with Evri but its been with them for 3 weeks and still not delivered. So quite clearly its either lost or stolen.

You customer service is absolutely shocking I want a refund today please on the card used to place the order.
