I'm the same as everyone's complaints.Client Care is a fraudulent company, I paid $250.00 for their services for a year, they do not answer the phone. I have left several messages, but no one returns my calls. Everyone better cancel their charge card and have a new number card issued. I found several fraudulent charges to my card for the month of July, so I had the card cancelled and reported it to my bank. Also everyone should report this...

Anonymous Maybe because they got shut down like 2 months ago? Reporting to the BBB or the state attorney won't do anything and also the BBB which is a scam themselves won't do anything...

" The weird thing is that all these tech support scams in South Florida are run and staffed by ex-junkies fresh from rehab. Somehow they manage to reconcile spiritual recovery with ripping off old people. The delusion is strong with them. Don't think Best Buy is much better. They send you out the door with the bargain basement McAfee "anti-virus" garbage knowing you'll be back in six months with a lot of problems. The whole purpose of Geek Squad...

Really good when they seized my computer - said it was Micro soft that locked it up and told me to call a Micro soft expert. They said they were one of many service providers. Long story short, they said they found and fixed many potential concerns. Gave me six months free service - 24/7 . I have called several times leaving my information and they haven't called back to my knowledge. No service after they get the initial dollars by the looks of...

I was fortunate to ONLY pay $350 for what really DID seem like a worthy cost....UNTIL I could not access many generic sites that I had never had a problem with.NOW, I never know if any site is going to come up or blocked for no reason. I do get a message citing possible bad hook-up or a firewall blocking; SOoooo, I called them on their 24/7 phone# 855-527--1346 in FL.....NOW, 4 TIMES and, as yet, have heard nothing but a message to leave a...

I got the "pop-up screen blocker" warning of a *** and that I needed to call the designated number ASAP to save myself.Since my screen was froze I called to see what was up. The very friendly, professional tech-man at Client Care was quickly able to access my lap-top and diagnose my problems. Mainly being virus infections and it sounded horrible after listening to him. However, for a fee he could repair it because in "looking" at my unit he...

I received a blue pop up on my computer, stating I have a virus. I called the number posted on the pop up (888-489-8452), and they told me to call Client Care Experts at 855-527-1346. I explained what happened to the representative, and he said he can do a virus and infection sweep for $299.99. I was wondering how this happened. I called Microsoft, told them what happened, and asked if Client Care Experts is associated with them (like they...

Claimed to be from Microsoft and my computer was locked by Microsoft. Not true since we restarted the computer and it worked fine. I have sent the case to Microsoft and the Attorney's General office. Be aware they have nothing to do with Microsoft at all. Also since they fraudulently obtained my credit card number this becomes a federal matter. I hope to contact Homeland Security since this may be considered a terrorist group trying to obtain...

After clicking a Pintrest link I got a pop up window from (supposedly) Microsoft saying that I needed to call 855-336-1419 so they could remote into my PC and fix it. At the same time I noticed my PC was locked up. Becaused it looked like it was from MS I called the number and a "Tech" from Client Care Experts said it would be about an hour before he could remote into my PC but to leave everything as it is now and it would cost me $250.00. I...

Client Care Experts of Boynton Beach, FL seized my computer with a pop up message indicating that my computer had been hacked with malware. It took several tries to get this off my screen. When I tried to access the Microsoft website the pop up appeared again. They may have good software and their techs may be proficient but their tactics are bordering on criminal. The Microsoft website makes no mention of Client Care (pro or ***) but it...

I was trying to get help from Microsoft to install a program I had bought. I clicked on a pop-up that I thought was Microsoft. She never talked about the problem I was having but rather how bad of shape my computer was in. She told me the program couldn't be put on till the computer was fixed. First told me to take it to Best Buy and that it would take 5-7 business days. Then asked me what internet carrier I had. Oh good news. They could...
