They were amazing! I was having trouble with my computer and they connected in no time. They were very upfront about them not being Microsoft but being apart of there microsoft pinpoint partner network. They were polite and let me know my options. I ended up getting the protection software as well and im glad i did. My husband ended up doing the same thing he had done before and webroot stopped it from infecting my computer. If i have any computer needs i will be going to them for life!!

Listen Retards, Client Care Experts (And Others) Isn't A Scam.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I just wanted to chime in to say Client Care Experts isn't a scam. They are selling a service that is completely optional and they give you the option to take your computer to any major retail store where they might charge you for it. The people on the other line are just like you and have no intentions of destroying your life by taking your CC information. If that was the case there would have been a police raid in the building a long time ago. They have to deal with the most retarded people like you all who either: 1) Don't have the proper virus protection installed if at all any 2) Didn't give a through scan before calling in 3) Are using out-of-date anti-virus protection and need to renew their license thus stuff gets onto your machine 4) Didn't attempt/Too *** to force quit your applications then scan 5) Accidentally typed in the wrong URL 6) Literally browsing *** and clicked on a bad link/pop-up 7) Using the PC without any Windows Updates in over a year 8) Keep taking their PC to their "local PC GUY" who doesn't really completely fix your problem so they can have you as a repeat customer. 9) Too stubborn to update their browser when an update prompts them to every time they start their browser application. 10) Have spoof toolbars on their browser and end up clinking on those (which isn't CCE's fault, but yours) Computers were meant to be used by millennial. If you simply can't get a clue that your computer isn't a toy because you 40+ year olds don't get anything and immediately call it a scam then I'm sorry you're too ***. They are "selling" you things because it's their job and they need to eat--not their fault YOU fcked up.

I assume this *** works for Client Care Experts.

Guest

This is not merely a pop up. The computer is seized and you can't do a thing with it.

Used ctrl, alt, delete and cleared the

item but it came back.

I ended the task and then tried to access mircosoft.com and I got a message from Client Care telling me to call the phone number. The whole scenario is created to make it look like Client Care is a sub-contractor for Microsoft.

The credit card company is looking into it.

Guest

BTW, this guy works for CCE...and is hungry...and needs to eat.

The bottom line is I don't have auto mechanics breaking into my garage popping the hood of my car telling me I need an alternator. This is an invasion of privacy.

Guest

Most 40+ year olds are smart enough to note that this is a scam, we also don't need to use/ cover up foul language. Computers are not specifically for millennials ( most of them use tablets and smart phones exclusively) but for anyone who needs to function in today's computer driven society.

Any "company" that resorts to throwing pop-up adds and claim to be Microsoft Support Partners when they aren't, is a scam. Microsoft doesn't even acknowledge this company as an entity they've ever had any dealings with, let alone partner with them. Best advice is, if you're online and a pop-up saying your computer has issues and to call a specific phone number but not to turn the PC off..... Turn it off, more than likely this fake message will just go away because it is spawned by internet hacks and redirect cookies.

Microsoft will NEVER call you, Either will the manufacturer of your PC.

Anyone who believes otherwise will end up paying a scammer in the long run. And if you are one of the people who help out in these scams, just remember, Karma is a ***.

SCAM!!!!!!

Scam! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!! I called Microsoft personally and they said that it is a scam website. They will steal your money and ruin your computer. They will act very nice and tell you they work with Microsoft pinpoint, but they don't. I know 7 year old kids who can make a web page look just as good. If you have a computer issue CALL MICROSOFT or APPLE directly! They can help you. It will be calling them and not a pop up tempting you. Anytime you get a pop up advertisement for virus protection be cautious.

So if you called Microsoft what's their number? Curious since a lot of times people on here think they called Microsoft where in reality they called another tech support company trying to get their business. Microsoft won't Work on computers thats why you have companies likes Geek Squad and other companies to work on computers

Client Care Experts Customer Care Review

This company is just a bunch of criminals . They access your computer, create viruses, shut everything down so that you have no choice but to pay them to fix the problems that they created on your computer . They charged me almost 600 bucks for "fixing" issues with my computer when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place.

Client Care Experts - Technical Support Review from Philadelphia, Mississippi

My mother recently received a message on her computer claiming that the Internet was blocked because of a virus she had and it had a message on the screen to contact. My mother called and they convinced her they were from Microsoft and she needed protection. They conned her into a $300 protection plan and a $250 cleanup. She thought it was legit and didn't understand it wasn't Microsoft. It's a company out of Florida that places viruses on computers so they will then in turn scam a person into buying them to fix them. My mother called me during their supposed clean up process and I instructed her to unplug it to disconnect from them. We have contacted the credit card company and we hope they can block the charges. It infuriates me that these *** can keep getting away with these scams. My mother thought she was doing the right thing because they claimed to be from Microsoft. I called the client care experts number and they said if you are talking to a foreigner, you aren't talking to mucrosoft. They then tried to give me a bogus Microsoft number to try and validate that they were in deed with Microsoft. Which is a complete lie because Microsoft doesn't know who client care experts are. Do not fall for this scam. If anyone wants to join a class action lawsuit against client care experts, my mother will be glad to join in. These scam artists must be stopped!

they infected my computer when I called them I was harassed to by their antivirus program I told her no I didn't need it 15 times and had to yell at her. after telling her I didn't want any of there sevices they still enrolled me for a free trial something .they continuously call from several numbers after I told them not to.i want to sue them for harassment and violating the no cantact agreement and anything else I can not to mention the 275$they got to clean their *** off my computer which is still there.

I also was scammed by Client Care Experts. I had a pop up box come up that said it was from Microsoft.

They froze my computer and said they could fix it for $250.00. They gave me the number: 855-981-****. I called it and was assured they were a subsidiary of Microsoft.

I then called Microsoft and a representative there told me that they would never ask for my credit card. I am willing to accept a class action suit.

How do someone who don't know who you are place viruses on your computer? You know that's not physically possible right?

are you *** viruses are spread on millions of computers every day everytime you access anything.....

Guest

This happened to me today (12-30-15). It flashed up on my screen without warning while I was on the internet, and froze my computer.

They mention both AT&T and Microsoft - which makes it seem legitimate. I had to shut down and turn my computer back on.

However, when I ran a virus scan, nothing showed up. I never called the number thinking they could be scammers who just want remote access to my computer.

6 Months with no problems since the infection

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I had malware on my computer that kept taking my browser to websites trying to sell me a asian bride. This was very frustrating, and I tried several things on my own to fix it. I could fix it myself for several days, but it would always come back. I finally gave in and paid to get it fixed. It took 3 times and $300, but they finally fixed it and it has worked great now for about 6 months. My experience has been good and they were very helpful. My only complaint is the fact that they used a pop up to advertise to me. I absolutely hate pop ups.

It's not a pop up, I had the same thing, it's not an advertisement either. It's a Windows system alert.

Scammed this Evening

My husband received a pop-up from what appeared to be from Microsoft. He called and was told not to do anything on his computer because the computer had been compromised. They told him to take it to Best Buy, but they recommended this Client Care Experts that could do it cheaper. A lot of what I am telling you is what other people experience as well. They charged his debit card $250. I told my husband to contact his debit card company to dispute the charge.

Same thing happened to me. File a consumer complaint online with the FL Attorney General. They are investigating this company's practices.

Guest

So they told him to go to best buy? So explain to me on god green earth how does that make them a scam if they gave him an option?

Do you know what a scam is?

They are a business like Best buy and your husband picked them. Explain what scam gives someone an option?

It's a scam called phishing. They block your internet access and then tell you there are big problems on your computer which they can fix for $250.

Plus they try to sell you other security programs at inflated prices. Totally unethical.

Almost cheated

I was trying to get help from Microsoft to install a program I had bought. I clicked on a pop-up that I thought was Microsoft. She never talked about the problem I was having but rather how bad of shape my computer was in. She told me the program couldn't be put on till the computer was fixed. First told me to take it to Best Buy and that it would take 5-7 business days. Then asked me what internet carrier I had. Oh good news. They could get it fixed with a six hour tutorial for $100 less. I would only be charged $250. She told me to get a check. I told her I would take it to Best Buy. She didn't like that and I hung up on her.

I was asked to share my experience because I had a lot of help with the repair guys at Client Care Experts. My computer is working great and I recommend this service. The people were very helpful and informative. I'm not good with computers and I asked a lot of questions and was given an answer every time. They were very patient with me and especially Ben who helped me so much. If I ever had another problem I would call them back because they were so nice to me.

I don't normally post reviews because it's time consuming but in this case I felt like it was necessary to help other people know how great of a company this is. I spoke to Joe on several occasions and he was able to not only fix my device but to help me with my printer issues and reinstalling a Microsoft Word program that I had lost. The only small problem that I had was it took a little longer than 6 hours to complete but they did do what they said they would do.

I also experienced a malware block on my computer today from Client Care Experts claiming they can repair my computer remotely in 4 - 6 hours with payments totaling $650. I believe this to be a scam! If improvement is made to the computer, they likely have stolen your identity and banking information in the process. This company is high risk !!

Nah bro, you're being a little too paranoid. They're people just like you and I and the last thing they care about is stealing your information. Real criminals wouldn't need to ask you to have access to your PC--they would already have access without you knowing AND take whatever they need.

RUN AWAY

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am not calling any names. . . . but ROSE HYDE was very rude. She got the blue screen off my cpu which I appreciated & I was impressed with her knowledge of the system. . . but when she discovered I could not pay the $300 and some odd dollars to put the protection onto the cpu, that's when she got RUDE as I don't know what. She told me I could use a major credit card & pay off the money I used. . . not doing that when I have credit cards I'm paying off right now. I told her at least 2 or 3 times or more that I had to wait until my payday in order to afford this expensive service. That's all I said. I wasn't nasty, nor mean to begin with. I told her, after the 3rd or 4th time pushing me to get the protection plan, to let me speak to her supervisor. She did not want to allow me to do that. She said "Why do you wanna speak to the supervisor? I'm trying to understand what is keeping you from getting the protection." I said "MONEY. I have 11 dollars in my bank account right now, REALLY, I have no money I'm not messing around." But that wasn't good enough for her. I finally got on the phone with the supervisor, Aaron, & he cut me off while I was trying to tell him what happened, & he tried to tell me thats not what Rose tried to do. I will NEVER use their service again. I would rather go to Apple and pay around $300 to get my computer re-figured & working properly than to use them & have them to keep talking to me any way they please. Yes, I don't know how to figure a computer, I don't know how to do that on my own, but don't treat me like I'm lower than u or worth nothing when I say I have no money. And I said I had no money AT THE MOMENT. It doesn't mean I don't have a job. Maybe I didn't have any money cuz I just put down over $1000 for an apartment, but I guess I should've see the blue screen coming days ago. Right? I guess so. And I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM YOUR NASTY COMPANY. :-) Have a good day!
