Delivery delayed and delivery agent not picking calls and updating false statements in the app
The order is at my neared location(30 mins from provided address) since last Tuesday. Its been more than a week now as now its the following week Thursday.
But no delivery partner is calling nor answering any calls for delivering the product. Clickpost is Worst worst worst ever delivery partner.
Neither from customer care i got a solution to my problem for delivering the package though its out for delivery from last Tuesday. I receive out for delivery messages on whatsapp every day but no one calls nor answers call for delivering the package.
