If you are considering this company for your home, you may be signing up for the worst nightmare of your life. The company installed my roof in 2007 and then there seems to have been a change in ownership.
as far as I can figure. Presently I need a bit of repair to my ridge cap due to wind damage and where an old chimney has been removed on my roof. I contacted them and after giving me the run around for months, finally 2 representatives called ( which I have audio recordings of ) promising me, that yes, they would be here in a few weeks to fix it up. That was Sept 4th, 2018 Countless emails and a phone call or two, more lies and empty promises and here we are, no further ahead than I was before.
I have never dealt with such a company. I want to pay for repairs and have the roof restored to its original state and NO ONE helps. I do not understand and no one gives me a straight answer. AVOID this company at all costs, there must be other reputable companies out there that actually do as they promise and value their customers.
In my opinion. this company won't be around long the way they operate, so a lifetime warranty will mean nothing in the end.
