I just turned 60 and today is the 1 year anniversary of my Moms passing.

I added money called millions of times never an answer and then they stole my money with oute using it and they deleted my emails and just never answer i want my *** money back this is the worst ever i will find a way to get my money back they wont mess with me

Trying to get in touch with someone about a refund of $50, the whole time while on the phone with the advisor I could barely hear and it was muffled in and out. Called the customer service number only to get no answer! Horrible service

I made the mistake of giving this lady too much information. The funny thing is she used the information i gave her and was still wrong.

Caught her in two lies and all of a sudden she couldnt hear me on the phone. Smh

I dont like customer service ppk they want u spend 30 before u get 5 free miuntiue then u got spend 15 dollar it up to advisor give additions free miunitue. If u dont answer the phone they take 5 miunitue away from u they want give back customer service ants ***

It was the worst experience. My advisor asked many questions and gave no answers.

I tried to get a refund before i ever got a advisor on the phone but there was no refund button. A pure waste of money

I would never use psychic Click4Advisor again - they are not use friendly for either advisor or customer. Their systems are bad and they are unsupportive of both customers and advisors.

I wouldn't touch them or deal with them ever again. Everyone I know that uses them either as an advisor or as a client - has had problems with them. Also they take a huge percentage of the per minute fee so the advisor gets peanuts and the clients are not told this. They do not monitor their reviewing system either so its basically a free for all and many clients post a bad review in order to get a refund, which means the advisor has worked for free and the advisor has NO RIGHT OF REPLY OR DEFENSE.

They do not look after their advisors.

I would NOT recommend any psychic to join them. They will abuse your trust.

Customers are allowed to be credited in place of a refund. I have written many times and have been ignored about being credited for a call that advised me unfairly causing much pain. It just isn't right and very surprising coming from a service that supposedly cares about souls and already makes more money than the average person.

I was banned as well as family members that did not and never worked for them were banned.Banned due to refusal to share client information and refusing to send pix of the front and back of my credit card. I am a respected well know Author and TV personality.this company worked in conjunction with 12Listen in committing fraud and descrimination .

The site has some wonderful healers who can help people, but it needs some basic help:

- Please fix the bugs so the call-backs happen smoothly after the payment is submitted.

- This service charges premium prices for time with the healers which is fine for customers. However, the technical problems on the site makes me hesitant to trust the service with my credit card details.

- Usability needs major improvement. Interaction is too cluttered and it's hard to figure out what's going on.

- Also, please allocate resources/money towards customer/tech support. A paying customer for a "LIVE" service offering "Call Now" options should not have to wait over an hour to get their site-side issues fixed.

- There should also be a toll free number for support. It makes no sense for a customer to pay additional fees to call support to fix site-side problems. Absolutely unacceptable.

- The service has great potential to help many people and make a difference. Simplify, fix the bugs and offer the best possible customer service and you're golden.

I will no longer do business with this company. They pretty much do what they want and God forbid you should change or use another phone number you have (I have 5 cell phone numbers I pay for), or get a new credit card, or move to a new address.

Once you do that, they request you send them a copy of your ID and credit card front and back. Yeah right. I would hope nobody would be naive enough to actually send a copy of their private information to a company that supposedly employs one person, according to him, named Chris. "Chris" would not give me ANY information on the company, where they are located or how to contact their home office.

According to him, he's it. Yet ... he really expects me to send him a copy of my private information. tsk tsk tsk Chris.

There are no specials, so it really doesn't make any difference what phone number, address, credit card or name you use. I buy a lot of the Gift Card Visa's, as I do not trust a lot of internet sites, and have one particular site I send a lot of money to. For personal reasons and because it does not have a secure site, when I send money, I use a disposable Visa and usually have 10 or 15 dollars left on it. You will not be able to use it.

There is a LOT of identity theft going on these days. Because I do this and have used those with them, they have blocked me. "Chris" called me a fraud, yelled at me and acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my money. I have one thing to say to Chris and the company's owner ....

I will no longer do you any favors by sending you any of my money.

One last thing .... I predict that if you continue your customer service in this manner, it will not be long before you are out of business.

Is the MOST *** company that has psychics. If you leave helpful feedback they block you. If you make a complaint and ask for you money back they wont do it. All OF THEIR PSYCHICS write down your info and repeat over and over in your readings and they won't get off that *** over not even if you tell them your new info. I called the people in "Customer Service" and she had the worst attitude these people are just sick and greedy. I hope that this reach out to more people that agrees with me.

Big *** waste of money!!!!!!!!!
