Terrible service inferior product
- - Tests produced false positives or inconclusive results, forcing visits to a facility, and Tim stopped assisting, saying product was not FDA approved.
Our company has used cliawaived.com for company drug tests. Each time the tests we receive produce false positive results or inconclusive results and we have to send our employees to an actual facility to prove the tests wrong. When we contacted the company to complain after each shipment proved to be unsatisfactory the service rep Tim, he got tired of the complaints and said he wouldn't deal with us anymore and that he we had to deal with the results because the product was not FDA approved, and then would not communicate any further to resolve the issue.
