Dry Cleaners Didn't Inform Me...

Back in April of this year (2012) I brought all of my daughters winter jackets and snow pants into my Dry Cleaners to be washed and dried ONCE and then stored at the Dry Cleaners (for $1/month) until I pick them up. I picked the winter jackets and snow pants today but immediately saw that they were a LOT smaller than when I brought them in back in April. When I was paying for them I asked the lady if they look smaller and she said they probably do because of the service I chose which was...everything is washed in hot water and dried on an appropiate 425 degree temperature for 2 hours and then is repeated every 3 weeks until I pick the winter clothes up. When I said this is not the service they advertised the employee told me that I didn't read the fine print. The winter clothes fit all my daughters but are much smaller on them.
