Seeking 4 tickets with good seats due to a poor game experience
- - Bought Guardians ticket 3/16/23 for $59.10.
- - Gate scan failed; three innings missed.
- - Spent $800+ on 9 tickets; asks for card credit and 4 free future tickets.
Because I purchased a ticket directly from Cleveland Guardians on 3/16/23 for $59.10. The email instructed me to print a paper ticket.
I printed out Section 564 Row F Seat 5 under alexbokal@***.com. The paper ticket was not allowed to be scanned at the gate and I missed three innings of four people my nieces and nephews were also present. I purchased 9 other tickets from ticketsonsale.com and spent over $800 for the game and missed alot of it due to the ticket you sent me that did not work.
It took 40 minutes to resolve and the supervisor had to give me another ticket. I want my card credited ad 4 free tickets with good seats to a future game

Preferred solution: 4 tickets with good seats to a future game as my game experience was ruined by their ticket and equipment not wokrinf
