Dreadful place
- - Wrote a concise email outlining treatment issues.
- - Paid about £350 for a consultation and asked to repeat the same tests, exposing me to radiation.
Contacted ignored and discharged
This would be the fourth time the tests have been done and is a complete an utter waste of time and exposing me to again more ionising radiation that is not going to show nothing because the test is not suitable for the problem. This is down to movement artifacts and movement is a problem for a CT scan.
I will attach an example of movement artifacts during a CT PET scan, this is not mine and from the radiological teaching site
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Seriously think about the professionals at this place as I do wonder. Diagnostic imaging in the UK seems to be pretty atrocious and it was even quoted to me just last week that Compton scatter is caused by the mAs.
