We have a faulty casement window and for 3 months, after many calls and e-mails, we have received almost no call backs and false promises by Clera Windows. Their 'customer service' is basically non-existent.
(Our conf # is 205-**** and we include it so the company cannot claim we are not real customers - a poor excuse when they cannot address legitimate claims.).
Preferred solution: Come and fix window
