No repair services

We have a faulty casement window and for 3 months, after many calls and e-mails, we have received almost no call backs and false promises by Clera Windows. Their 'customer service' is basically non-existent. (Our conf # is 205-**** and we include it so the company cannot claim we are not real customers - a poor excuse when they cannot address legitimate claims.).

No service for faulty window

We have a non-functioning casement window (locking mechanism broke so we cannot open the window) bought from and installed by Clera Windows. For three (3) months, after many calls and e-mails, we have received almost no call backs and only false promises about service coming. Their 'customer service' is basically non-existent. Our confirmation # is 205-****. (I mention it so the company cannot claim that we are not customers - a poor excuse when a company cannot address a legitimate claim.)
