Cleo took my money
I canceled my subscription with them and 2 days later they took 23.32 from my account anyways. Im unemployed and every cent counts now, that why I canceled with in the 1st place cause I couldnt afford to pay for it anymore but they took it anyways.
I cant get in touch with a live person, it take 7 days by email to receive a response from them. So Im screwed for now.
Dont go through them u cant get rid of them nor get ur money back

Company should honor advance in a timely manner. I especially dont want to pay for something that I didnt receive.
Also customer service if hard to locate. And the chat line continues to repeat the same message.
