Cleo Bay.

They are fair, honest and make your purchase very comfortable. I will buy there again, as long as Cleo Cardosi is there.

Sorry I let Cleo Bay "make my day" a mess!

I received my third recall in three months on my 2007 Honda. (Don't you buy a new car so you don't have to hassle with maintenance?) Once again it's 2-3 hours and I'm an hour away.

Therefore, I must take a day off of work to get the recall done! To make matters worse, I call 15 before closing time to schedule an appointment to have the recall done and after waiting ten minutes on hold someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. When I call back no one answers.

I never had trouble like this with my Toyotas!
