Avoid this company.
I contracted STI Movine & Storage to move an antique jukebox from Ohio to Pennsylvania on September 25, 2019. STI then contracted the job to Clemmer Moving.
I was promised delivery no later than October 10, 2019.
Clemmer had moved the jukebox from Ohio to their facility in Telford, Pa, which is about 80 miles from here. When I called to ask why it could not be delivered sooner, the woman I spoke with on the phone began yelling at me and threatened to call the police on me if I kept calling back.
This obviously surprised me, so I then filed a complaint with the BBB, to which complaint the representative of Clemmer replied with a big batch of lies attacking my character and integrity. I want something done so this company cannot continue this practice.
I've already reported this company to the BBB and also Ripoffreport.com. I have better things to do than file complaints, so be assured my complaint is genuine and fact based, unlike the rebuttals I've seen from Clemmer.
