This was very disturbing to me that this park can sell an item and not back it, I didnt want money just a case that wasnt defective!! Why couldnt my credit card be proof enough of the purchase! This was so unprofessional!!
And know this I purchased two summer passes to this park now I feel stupid for doing so!! A pissed and unsatisfied customer!!
