Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Provided free replacement part as requested.

Found that once I contacted through this site they made contact as I could not find the contact details for this company. Once in contact very happy with the experience.

Fantastic outcome. Was contacted by Cleer and was sent replacement part for the headphones. Really appreciated and great outcome from them.

Having purchased a pair of headphones here in nz we experienced the foam from the over ear surround peeling away after a year and seems this has been an issue for many. There has been no response from their team to help find replacements for these parts which is disappointing given the cost of the headphones. Would like to resolve this and purchase replacement parts but no guidance given from Cleer unfortunately.
