Countryside Ford of Clearwater refusing to return deposit
I was able to resolve this issue with the dealer to my satisfaction. The issue was a lack of communication and keeping us informed on what they were trying to do.
Once we connected it was resolved same day. I think dealer will work with you if you have an issue - you just have to keep calling to you connect to the right person.
Unfortunately after our initial visit, and agreement, they have avoided us. Calls are not returned and was actually hung up on once. I left several messages for the General Manager. He called back once said he would investigate - haven\'t heard anything since.
Finally called Ford motor company to file a complaint against the dealer. Suppose to hear from dealer in 2 days - we\'ll see.
This is ridiculous. We\'re forced to hire an attorney.
We are working with the dealer and may have solution in a couple of days. Will request this is removed when issue has been resolved.
