I have dealt with the owner and I think it’s just his personality he’s not a charmer. He’s just all business not warm and pleasant at all.
So if you can get past that you’ll be fine. So far I have no problem with my machine for past 2 1/2 yrs. I was told to dump out used crystals after every use, even though it’s soooo tedious I do it!
The only negative part I’d say is the cost of the crystals.
They are $85 for a gallon and $25 shipping ugh! It hurts to buy them when you know you can get them soooo much cheaper!

Amazing Results with Clearfxskin Microderm

I have been in search of a microdermabrasion machine for over 3 years. I found Clearfxskin but couldn't afford to buy one.
I kept coming back to there booth for 3 years at the Long Beach show and finally saved enough to buy the machine in 2013 Long Beach. I could not be more happy that I waited. I have heard so many bad experiences with crystal micoderm and this machine is so different. My clients are so happy with the results and there is no mess AT ALL.
Anytime I have any questions they are quick to respond and just very helpful all around(they even helped me put together a protocol for me for the microdermabrasion facial). Highly recommend this machine.

I bought a Microdermabrasion machine from ClearSkin Fx at a trade show in Dallas, tx. It was in May 2014.
Roy was the owner /salesperson. I have never been so pleased with a product and a company. I love the machine! Shortly after I bought the unit , I had a minor problem.
Roy handled the situation quickly, honestly and effectively.

I went to trade show, I stopped by Fx to say hello as my boss spent 12,000 on 2 of his machines. This guy was so rude to me, just because he got into an argument with my boss, cause he didn't want to fix the machines, Kept saying it was our fault.
BTW we Have 4 Microdot from the company he used to wk for. Never a Prob, So he comes up with this crazy figure to fix, while he says lifetime guarantee. BS.. So anyway he dropped the price fixed it.
We had it a week, and guess what it broke again.
My boss doesn't even want to call this joker. He took it to a machine shop instead.

Clear fx skin microdermabrasion company SCAM!

I am an aesthetician tried to buy a microdermabrasion at the spa convention . I came across organical system and clear fx skin , owned by Roy Revivo and Nathan Revivo .
I gave them a check down payment of $2,500 to get the show prize for the machine
They promise to deliver at my home but they never showed up they insisted that I pay full amount for the machine before they can deliver.
Unfortunately I got sick need to go for surgery told them I want to cancell my order Nathan Said they never give the money back.
Please beware of this brothers they are scammers. I sued them but they filed for bankruptcy.

The customer above purchased a microdermabrasion machine at a trade show and gave us a $2500 deposit and said she would pay the remaining balance in the next month. In our agreement it stated that once the balance was paid we would deliver the machine and train /certify her. We called week after week to collect the remaining balance and schedule a day for training. Every time we called she gave us excuses why she was not ready to pay the remaining balance. We built a custom machine for her because she wanted LED lights and for the machine to be painted to match her spa. We had the machine ready for her, at the time of purchase she said she wanted it delivered within a month of giving the deposit.
We called for six months and she never had the balance ready. As well she never said she was sick or needed a surgery. After one year she contacted us and wanted us to deliver the machine before she paid the balance. If you read her comment above she even states that she wanted the machine delivered before the balance was paid. There is no company that will deliver and leave equipment with the customer before the entire amount is paid. It was in our agreement that the balance is paid before the machine is delivered. The customer asked for a refund but since her machine was custom made for her we cannot refund her the deposit. We offered her a Payment plan with zero interest, or multiple ways to work with her, which she refused and found an excuse for each way. In the agreement it said there is no refunds for custom built machine. We told the customer we would hold the machine as long as she needed and when she had the balance we would deliver It right away. We never heard from her again. We still are and will uphold are agreement and deliver the machine when this customer is ready to pay the balance.
We have been in business for over 13 years and we have never had any complaints or issues. In response to the comments posted on April 22nd 2013: This client's boss purchased two microdermabrasion machines at the Las Vegas trade show in June 2012 . He had used micro machines by a different brand and wanted to purchase our machines because he was having lots of issues with his existing units .
Once the machines were shipped, We offered the owner to come to his office and spend time with his estheticians training them on the machines. He said that was not necessary and they did not need live training and that the training DVD would be sufficient.
A month after using our units the owner contacted us and said that 1 of the machines was not working properly. We had agreed to fix the unit free of charge and upon the receipt of the machine discovered that it was not working because the filter was not Cleaned at all during the treatments. Our DVD clearly explained how to property maintain the machine and that incorrect closure of the filter will cause damage to the unit. The USER error caused the machine to malfunction. Nonetheless, We serviced the machine at no cost ( had to practically rebuild the entire inside of the system ). We attached a detailed note to the machine explaining exactly how the filter had to be cleaned and closed prior to use . We also sent the owner 3 additional training DVD's as they have several estheticians in the office using one system.
Eight months later we received another call from the owner. The machine wasn't working again, due to the same user error and we received the machine in the same poor condition. We do offer a lifetime warranty with our machine , but we do not cover NEGLIGENCE. The machine was damaged due to improper use by the estheticians for the SECOND TIME. This time we repaired the machine at a discounted cost.
At the New York trade show in April 2013 (10 months after the original purchase date) we had several estheticians from this facility come to our booth . They all said that they never watched the training DVD and didn't know how to properly operate Our system. They asked our training educator to take them thru A proper treatment sequence. Clearly none of these estheticians watched our training DVD and this is why the machine kept on getting damaged . We cannot be responsible for negligence and improper use. We were very polite during the education of the machine and the estheticians thanked us for taking them thru the system. They walked away and told us they love our machine and are happy that they now know how to properly use it.
ClearFx systems are very easy to use However you do need to follow the directions as provided on the training DVD.
