Have been approved conditionally but no response no callback or anything

I applied for a loan with clear cash and it was all good once the application was submitted then the confirmation email come through and it says that I will hear back from them through email or text within 60mins and I never heard anything back after 60 mins so I called them and a guy answered and I got him to check my status and he said I should hear back from them sometime today and i heard nothing from them all day so I called them at 1:30 and was placed on hold as I was on hold some1 pic the phone up and said nothing and placed me back on hold and it happened to me twice with them answering and not saying nothing but put me on hold again I was waiting 45mins on hold then they rejected my call so I emailed them complaining and I'm still waiting to hear back from them so if I hear nothing by tomorrow I'm going to me calling accc then reporting them to a news channel and hearing it all over the radio station coz it's not right for a business to take advantage of people who are trying to get help when in need of help and people r giving out there details to this clear cash like bank details and address and phone no even last name any way I hope we all have someway to get this clear cash place closed down and not have this *** happen again...

I applied and was successful and just had to submit the contract online but was sitting in the submitting stages for agessss so I wrote 2 feedback/complaints and still heard nothing back!

I haven't received any money but no email or call yet!

Has anyone tried to report this??

Omg I hope they don't take money out of my account like some of the people on here!!

We were approved, then sent a separate link to fill in bank id and password so they can upload bank statements. As we know never to give these details especially if the link is sent separate from website, we then faxed the 90 days statement to clear cash.

Needless to say we soon got a txt message saying we were unsuccessful. Complete scam. I dont know how they are still able to operate with so many complaints which clearly show they cannot be trusted and are clearly scammers.

Shame on them taking advantage of people in need. :-(

Says bad credit accepted. False advertising.

Company is full of it do not deal with them.false advertising on there website. Cannot deliver on what they promise. There are laws about the way these people operate and no one is bothering to see them for what they are total liars and thiefs. Advertisement for bad credit them come back and say please apply with a person with good credit what a scam.

If I had good credit why would I use your rip off loans clear cash should be ashamed on false advertising on there website.

Not happy with companies like this wasting my time and listing this on my credit file. These companies ruin your credit file even more for false advertisement they should be shut down

they are a scam. Advertise bad credit and dont help. They just want ur details to chase you for debt.

I want my money i applied for im not happy with you clearcash i will be taking this further if i dont recieve any money into my account i will be taking you to court if there money taken from my account ring me now

Well have waited a couple days now for a phone call which was suppose t be u guys contact in an hr!! Like wtf its looking like this is not a legit site??.. Given out details n so not happy

I applied for a loan this morning they said I would get a response within the hour STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! I found a contact number for them if anyone needs it it is 087129**** I rang and she said they were still assessing it and I would get a reply by the end of the da.

SO MUCH FOR THE HOUR. what I don't get is if you cant do it within the hour don't say you will I had to hand over all my details bsb and everything if I don't hear from them today I will sue this is just plain disrespectful and a big fat waste of my time
