I ordered and got the appointment nine days out. I received a cracked phone and called them.
They wanted to push my appointment out, so I told them never mind, I'll keep this one. A girl called me and said she'd expedite one to me. However, she never sent it out and they cancelled my appointment.
There was no call, no email. The appointment is now another week out.
