Did not deliver our order - no way of speaking to them. Need a full refund.
We ordered a skip for £410 which never arrived. No way of talking to someone on the phone.
There's one number on a website called pissedconsumer.com - apparently you can't speak to the skip department and they are only contactable by email. The online chat doesn't work if you want to speak to someone to sort out problems and get a refund - it says they're contacting a member of the team to speak to you, but it never updates. They also say they offer a call back service, but when you click on that it redirects you to the skip hire and rubbish removal page. I drove Sheffield to Edinburgh and my brother flew over from Germany to empty our family home.
Both of us took annual leave and now we're left hanging and with zero info from Clearabee.
We are pursuing getting a full refund but can't talk to anyone. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
