Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After several texts, calls and emails Drew contacted me and got the issue resolved same day.
Called again and no answer. I got a recording saying I was 1st in the que.
Then I got Vickeys answering service saying leave my info and shell get back to me. The rep before her said she was unclear why she did not see the posted reward in my account and would forward this concern to Brandon who emailed me saying rewards were posted on August 29 and to check my clearvoice account.
Nothing was posted and no one seems to be trying to resolve the issue. UNBELIEVABLE

- - The surveys were stated as one amount but were paid lower on three occasions.
This is my third attempt to try and cash out and close out my account and stop receiving your emails. I am extremely dissatisfied with your company and have made my feelings known through the contact with your support staff through the many emails sent every time I accept a survey which states one payment amount but on three different occasions, I have complied and finished the surveys completely and then have been paid an entirely different and lower amount.

User's recommendation: They promise you a certain pay amount for doing their surveys and upon your completion of the higher paying surveys, that take a huge amount of your time to complete, they either pay you in a significantly low amount or they tell you that you were not needed for the survey and give you a KMA sweepstakes entry as compensation.
