Horrible customer service, impossible to reach, continues to bill after closing account
If these idiots offered the last phone service on Earth, I would throw away my phone and use smoke signals!!!
In Mid July, the new wireless system arrived by mail. It didn't work. I called customer service whose recording said, "Your call is important," but they never returned calls. I decided to close my account.
I tried to call again. No response. I emailed, and after at least 10 emails, an employed responded saying they were sorry I wanted to end service. However, despite no phone service and closing account, they continued to bill me for August, September, and October!!!
I started to email every day for 2 weeks, but no reply. They still would not return my "important call." I have now been getting threats to turn things over to a collection agency.
No email response, no phone response. I have not had service for 3 months, and they still bill me.
Preferred solution: Confirmation of the closed account from July 2024 and end the billing harassment.
