Agreed 100% Nothing was as I was told. I was told my temporaries would last at least one year and at that time I could make financial arrangements for the permanent set. After 3 months of healing. and a few weeks learning to chew, My teeth cracked and broke eventually in two different places. They were not aligned properly from the beginning and I tried to express this to them. Even after their own staff commented they needed to be redone. They would patch the same ones and slap them back in , only to break within a week, then it would take at least 2 weeks to get back in, then Covid. I made 6 trips for broken repairs only to break with in a week or two. They never once tried to remake and realign with a new set them right so I never got a full years, not to mention much past 6 months use of the temporaries as was clearly indicated in the contract. Oh yes, I was told they were show teeth, however, I was 46 years old and only eating one meal a day and was super cautious. I tried to remedy this situation with them and they would only make changes with more money. So I have suffered with broken teeth, unable to work, go to social events not to mention driving 2 hours for each trip. I just now today went to another location for a new temporary set which I had already begin making payments for months before my new temporary set was ready. Still paying for the botched set from Clear Choice! I have never felt so broken, I have missed holidays, birthdays and so many opportunities for work and all they could offer me was to pay more money beyond the 35K. I hope people do their research this place is deceptive in their practice and I pray we can stop this evil in our world. vickiejhatcher@***.com

I am a client out of the san jose office.i paid 17,000 for an upper all on 4 procedure. The sales person was over the top friendly, always in contact, and completely accomodating.

I was assured i would be able to work with the technician directly to achieve my desired outcome of how my final productwould look.surgery went well.........and then my temporary brokethe first timepp in the first month. They seemed very put out by the situation(for which i can find no record of any repairs) the second time it was my front teeth that broke and im pretty sure the b*#×! At the front desk was punishing me as she would not give me an appt for 3 weeks. They were my front teeth for crying out loud!

I had to go to work, i was humiliated, it cost me a pro motion. And then i was greatful for covid and the whole mask thing, how sick is that!? At my last check up i told the dr i didnt like rhe way my teeth looked and she said not to worry that we could fix all of that in the making of my permanent set. Yay when was that going to be i asked.......as soon as she answered i felt like i got punched in the stomach by godzilla, i was just sick and i new it was over, the dream was a lie and i was back in mix of my full blown dental nightmare..

she said "as soon as you talk to your finance counselor we can get the ball rolling" .i thought the ball already rolled ,They wanted 7000 more $$. I didnt have $$ for the procedure in the first place.

I traded my spousal support to my xhusband for teeth. I have no income and i cant get a job because I HAVE NO FRONT TEETH.!!

Yep, told me the same thing, that it would only take a year to complete-it took 18 months. The teeth that I received were not made for my mouth.

They are too small, they sit too far back in my mouth so my lips aren't supported thus making me look like an old lady wearing dentures, and cheap ones at that. I have bubble gum pink artificial gums, I chose something with a gray tint to look more natural. My teeth look like cheap dentures, and they age me by at least a decade.

Unless I swallow more often than normal I'm spitting on people when I talk, again because they simply don't fit my mouth. I had NO say about the design and ended up with just a cookie cutter set of ugly teeth.

Having decent teeth which now are costing a lot !!! so I, being SO charmed by all the lies in Clear Choice TV commercials, and without any investigation, I decided to go with Clear Choice(first phase appointment yesterday, after being cancelled and put off for another month).

Without the gorey 12 1/2 hour details of what turned out to be the most painful, poorly executed, costly, MISTAKE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! Being told 10 times "soft food only", I have discovered the only way I can get any nutritian in my stomach ... has to be pureed or liquified and sucked up with a tube or large straw -- for 3 MONTHS? simply due to the rotten LAB Departmemt, an unaware Dr.

who went ahead and installed/screwed in the poorly made/shaped plates from the lab ... followed by some dentist who drilled for 2 hours, trying to cover-up the mistakes. Left there in such frightfully painful minded condition ... I don't know what to do or where to go but, there is a Doctor EPSTEIN in San Rafael (Dental Implant Surgeon) who offers free consultations/ second opinions.

I'll call Tuesday morning ...

in the meantime; get in touch with Karin Beach Jackson who is conducting a 'class action suit' against Clear Choice Corporation. seems right !

I have started a complaint for a class action lawsuit against Clear Choice Corporate. I am asking anyone who has had an issue with Clear Choice to please send me your name, phone number or email address, Clear Choice location and a write-up of your individual complaint (including how this has effected you personally and financially). My Attorney will be contacting you individually for more information as this progresses.

Is there a Class Action lawsuit against Clear Choice open that I can become a part of? I paid the full price for the Surgery through the final arches.

When my gums were healed, I was told I had to pay 50% more to get the final arches.

That was already paid for and written out on my cancelled check. Now I'm getting the final arches at another company at a better price than the additional cost CC wanted.

I have always thought Clear Choice was the answer until my first appointment which was today 9/20/21 ... after being cancelled & moved 3 months later, told 4-5 hour appointment.....121/2 hours later I left with their (first phase) ...

2 full domed plates that collide preventing the use of any teeth(which were covered by the plates), only pointed rear molars that snap my tung almost every time I open or close. 'They Say' only soft foods for 3 months ... which, I have discovered, nothing can go DOWN that isn't liquified and most of eaten through a tube or big straw ...for 3 months!? What Clear Choice LIES ABOUT in TV commercials: AND ALL IN ONE DAY ...

this process will not be finished in less than ONE YEAR! And, every "professional" and office employee in that questionable organization are taught to reassure cheerfully that this THE BEST and IT'LL ALL BE FINISHED SO EASILY and QUICKLY! so far, today has been the most expensive, painful, mentally and physically drowning day and now I have to deal with the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life!

... now, I HAVE NO TEETH !

Can you contact me please, blog4bizz@***.com. My mom been going through a horrible 3 years of experience with them. The problem is not fixed, we paid over 50 K, but the suffering and pain, the emotional trauma that we had to endure plus not knowing if they can even fix the problem and when it is going to end.

Update

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Well, went to a more advanced, educated, and experienced implant specialist yesterday, 09/10/21, and was told that it would cost $14,000 to fix all the errors made by Clear Choice just on the upper. This just adds more insult to injury.

Defective implants

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My wife had dentures and was worried about bone loss in her jaws. We also received a warm and fuzzy welcome from their finance department. We were promised that the $40,000 we would spend would be well worth it and save us trips to have her dentures repaired. Her permanent implants were installed early 2018. Eleven time since then we have been back to Clear Choice (a 40 mile trek one-way)for repairs. My wife has missed a lot of work because of this. Basically she has a mouth full of peices glued together. Their recommendation is to get upgraded implants at a cost of $15000. I am very dissatisfied and would join a class action lawsuit in a heartbeat! .

Brother, it my form belief that those people purposely installed inferior teeth in order to upsell later. Let me guess, the teeth that keep breaking are the top front. Am I right?

Fraudulent con men

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
they took my $50+k then found every excuse to not do the implants. They didn't actually have any oral surgeons on staff, so that caused a delay, then I waited weeks for an appointment only for them to call and try to say I needed blood work from a PCP before they would continue. They've had my $53,000 since August, and I still haven't gotten an appointment for my surgery.

Attempt @ sub par work, terminated from practice for nothing.

Everything was great. Service @ receptionist.

Communications great with bone doctor Dr. Niggebergg. Everything was great with Dr. Morris.

The 1st Bridge cracked, no problem fixed shortly after.

Upon 1st permanent bridge with titanium bar quality dropped.

Mentioned to dr morris, quality/ Aesthetics was better with temporary bridge.

That upset him, reply was well there not real teeth angerly. No problem, so he trims some bulk off the pallet of the bridge, which was clearly still visible after. No problem. After some communications I decided to upgrade to zirconia in which as explained could be contoured better due to strength.

No problem, 5k more paid.

Here the problem, I requested that my 2 k9 teeth on the bridge be a little more prominent than on old bridge. Dr morris, gladly expected input. When I received that was not done. No problem on my end, so he offered me 1k back in return for lite error, upon signiture.

I was terminated for clear choice. 3 years later everything is fine.

Here the long-problem. With this kind of speciality dental work, when there is a problem you can't jus go anywhere for service which can for some become a major major dental problem and even life threatening infection.

I got a major tooth ache after my covid 19 vaccine, on a tooth I never had problems from.

In short, I went to another dentist for examination, I know my body, eventually the pain went away, but have no one to call on in a situation like so. Is extremely, scary.

I'm taking it to dental board and court, for simple ethics, not money.

Bad company

Updated by user Oct 16, 2021

After all the complaints, nothing has happened, I have been complaining since 2 days after my surgery in May of 2019

Updated by user Oct 16, 2021

I have been complaining for 2.5 years with no luck on a resolution, just to be told that I would have to spend more money to get it resolved in the new state that I just moved, or I could fly back to the state that they were done in, Unfortunately the state that I had them implanted in would not do anything about the problem then, I have complained for 2.5 years.

Original review Oct 16, 2021
Totally Pissed Off with this company. Two years ago last may I spent 56K to have full implants of 8 implants to This day and from day one my bottom lip and tip of my tongue is completely numb. When I get up in the am my bottom lip is cherry red..I complained every time I went in.. Kept promising I would meet with the surgeon, never happend. Then moved from the state I had them installed in, to find out the new state called me and let me know that I needed to pay them $250 for my cleaning unless I went back to the state where they were implanted and then it would be free. What a joke. Really, I should have stayed with dentures. I would love to join this lawsuit.

My wife and I bought upper and lower implants. They were acrylic attached to a metal bar. It cost us $40,000. In a little more than 3 yrs we have had to return to Clear Choice a dozen times for repairs. They just talked my wife into upgrading to Zirconia implants at a cost of an additional $12,000. This doesn't begin to to address all the repair time, trouble, cost and missed work. I would be more than happy to join a class action lawsuit. What a racket!
