I did NOT order this. My card was charged $147. Was told it would be refunded. It has not (10 days later)! Calling BB and filing also!

I did NOT order this. My card was charged $147.

I called immediately and they assured me the money would be refunded. Ten days later, it STILL has not been refunded. I am a single mother of a special needs child and I CANNOT pay my bills thanks to this ignorant company charging my credit card. As I said, I called immediately after noticing it was charged on my card (3 minutes after I had ordered garcinoba product).

I tried contacting them on their website and it supposedly doesn't exist at any web address. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service.

All 3 of which have been returned as "undeliverable". This is a travesty.

Pour un free simple, tu payes seulement pour le shipping. Tu as 14 jours d'essaie mais le hic c'est que délai entre le temps que tu paies et le temps que tu reçois le produit ça fait déjà 14 jours donc tu n'as même pas le temps de les essayer qu'ils te chargent sans te le mentionner les bouteilles du mois prochain. C'est une arnaque! Ils t'envoies des tonnes de bouteilles même lorsque tu dis que tu n'en veux plus ils t'en charge encore et encore jusqu'à temps que tu sois agressive et là il te dise que si tu veux te faire rembourser tu dois appeler en chine ou d'autres régions lointaines. Je suis tellement en "TABARNAK" que je ne veux même plus essayer les produits . Je cherche à m'en débarasser même après m'avoir fait arnaquer pour environ 500$

Received "free sample" and paid for shipping. Now my credit card has been debited again. I have tried calling 1-888 numbers for 2 weeks and can never get through. Apparently it's not a free sample and u have to call and get an RMA # in order to not be charged. Total rip off and we should all contact Dr. Oz as that is where I got the link from

They claim you get a free 14 day trial so they send you a bottle of pills that you only pay the shipping on so you would think that they sent you a 14 day supply of pills right!!! no not right 15 days after they bill you 92$ for the pills that they said you could have for a free...I don't recall reading anything that said they would be 92$ for 90 pills...you can't get back into their site to read anything without buying more product....THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU $$$$..... I ordered another product and when I was checking out it asked me if I wanted to order cleanse fx even tho I clicked no thank you, but for some reason it took it upon itself to take my credit card information from the previous order & apply it to their order and charge me 148 dollars. Then I called to talk to them to cancel the order, and they tell me the order has already shipped and give me a tracking number but I check the tracking number and it is not found. (There is no way the order left yet!) I never ordered the product intentionally they stole my information from another site and ordered it themselves basically and now they tell me they will only give me a 59 dollar refund. And then if I do not want the product then I can send it back after I receive it in they will refund me partially after I pay a ridiculous restocking fee. AFTER THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO. They also will not give me any information to talk to corporate. This is a very *** company and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I try cleanse fx for 25$ but over charge 93,59$ ans 3 week later another 99,17$ have been charge . But i dont order anything and i dont receive anyting .... But they charge me 192,67 i am realy not happy ... I try to call them but i pass 1 hour on the phone and im still waiting , i write some email still no answer . That for sure , i am not going to make good promotion of this companie i am disapoint to being charge for almost 200$ for someting suppose to cost me 25$... I am not going to let this happen i want my money back thats for sure .

CLEANSE FX SCAM!!

I ordered Cleanse FX trial for 14 days & it was clearly indicated that all I had to pay was shipping. I received the pills with a receipt for the shipping, there was no mention of anything else. This was in November, I just received a new package of pills which I did not order ( this is in January) in which I was billed 82.00 plus shipping! I called & found out I was also charged 82.00 plus shipping for my trial order of pills because I did not call to cancel within 14 days....WTF! Seriously!!!??? This is outrageous! I should have checked my visa statement & I am mad at myself but this is a total scam, I am very upset. If I would have known that they would charge me an insane price for these pills than I never would have ordered them.

why use your credit card everyone should know when doing a online purchase from unknown company get a pre paid master card or VIS the RBC visa works the best they can only take what money you put on it only put enough on to agree to there commitment then you cant get ripped off. They always have fine print that protects the company start protecting yourself!!!!!!!

I am *** to think that Dr. Oz has ANY credibility. I only tried this product because of watching Dr. Oz promoting it on his television show. I have been on Weight Watchers and thought adding this to my regiment would increase the speed with which I would lose weight. *** me! There really is no benefit to taking this OVER PRICED scam. I had no idea I was going to be charged $89. This is just another rip off company - What makes me double *** is that I also bought their Cleanse FX because the promotion said that would leverage my weight loss even more - My mistake was using these products for 19 days instead of 14. My misunderstanding and my loss - $89 for ThinSport, $89 for CleanseFX plus $1.95 for each bottle.
