Program did not transfer to new computer
Still waiting for a call from these folks. Why do they not seem to care about their customers? I paid for this program, and it did not transfer to my new computer.

Unfortunately, I have no credit card. For a few year I have used Cleanmymac but now I can't use it any longer.
I would like to pay for the new version but without a valid credit card, I cannot activate it.
Would you accept an automatically executed Money Transfer Order that I would place with my Bank, the MIGROS Bank, and that would be executed on the 15th of every month.
I order to instruct my Bank, I would need the details of your Bank Account (Name and address of the Bank, IBAN No. etc.)

Verified ReviewerNotification and repair of My Passport
I just called customer service and spoke to Oualid concerning the Notification and Repair of My Passport.
I get a notification Over and Over again that My Passport is almost full. My Passport is 2TB with 1.93 TB used!
The notification directs me to open Clean My Mac, then to open Space Lens. When I click on My Passport, it goes on forever.
Oualid informed me that there's a problem with Space Lens that will be corrected in the Next Update.k He then asked me to open Clean My Mac X and uncheck the notification for backups.
Oualid was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I thanked him for his help and patience helping me.
