We were told when we bought our car from clay Cooley Nissan in Austin taxes that we could refinance in four months. but it is now four months and no one will do what they said. I have been told I could only go in and refinance a different car. what the *** is wrong with these people, do the not know what they make people go through, this is so wrong. All they wanted was for us to buy a car. Lies, lies, lies, lies that is all they do. I called...

Between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., I tried repeatedly to contact Clay Cooley Nissan of Austin to schedule a repair of two recalls that my Altima has, including an air bag issue. Either nobody answers the telephone, or somebody answers and in attempting to transfer me I get disconnected. The one time that I did speak to someone, I was subsequently disconnected. I'm a little old school and believe that a good business will never let the phone ring...

Wow, I never thought I'd find a site like this until today. Anyways, I purchased a Nissan Xterra in 2013 from a different state. Since relocating near Austin, I found Clay Cooley as the closest dealer to have my Nissan vehicle serviced. Needless to say I had an extended service on my vehicle that included oil changes up to 75,000 miles. They always tried charging me money and so I had to argue with them to ensure they didn't charge me. As a...

Nissan usually sends out a telephone "prerecorded" message to alert and remind customers that service for the vehicles may be due ... which is a great reminder. I have a new 2016 Nissan which only has 3,500 miles, and I received the message. After calling the Service Dept, I was told to bring it in for service anyhow. After sitting in my vehicle for almost 30 minutes to get through the service line, I was told that my vehicle did not need the...

My purchase experience with Clay Cooley Nissan South Austin was the worst I've ever had. It was worse than dealing with a small car lot, at least there you know you are getting a bad deal but treated with more decency. I dealt with a Lorenzo who never returns calls and a Sahib in the finance department that never returns calls either. I still have yet to receive a copy of the purchase and they have yet to pay off my old vehicle which is about...

Received a text message from Desaray at Clay Cooley in South Austin. She said I was approved for a car loan up to 25 thousand with no money down. Went to the dealership to find a vehicle and was told that I couldn't get a vehicle unless I had 3000 down. Wasted my time, hours spent waiting, and realized the message was just a way to get me in the door. Pretty *** to do to someone!!!! Beware!!!!! Fraud at its best. There should be laws against...

I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from Clay Cooley Austin. It was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had, complete with zombie salesmen literally following our car into the parking lot and practically opening our doors for us, "options" that were not optional, and overcharging for stuff I never even wanted. I got up to leave 3 times I was so unimpressed, but my wife was sick of car shopping and just wanted to close...

Tires were rotated a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that the tires were 'Cupping'...A sign of front end needing attention. Service mechanic and service writer are trying to pass this off on me as 'Normal Wear' but I know this is a lie. I have known many mechanics...still do, and I am told that this is a sign of front end problems. Up to now, I had good relations with Clay Cooley Nissan but now their credibility is questionable. When you want...
