Worst Dealer in my book

Took my car in for things wrong with it when I purchased my Nissan sentra and was led to believe I would be able to get all things done, just bring the car back: Took car in for service: window don't good not

User's recommendation: Don't go there under no circumstances.

I received via my email a promotion for Fathers Day 6 month no payment for 6 months between 6/17/2021 to 6/21/2021 which we went on 6/18/2021. After viewing the car with the sales person Daniel Kanu which was a very professional person. We picked a Nissan Rogue sport....

Warranty and Gap Cancellation

Cancelled both Warranty and Gap in December because I traded off the vehicle.. I Only had vehicle for 6 months and put only 3500 miles on it. I was told wow your gonna get almost your whole refund back by Finance Manager S Williams. Come May I still haven’t received any returns so I called and guess what no one has cancelled crap. Now my policy is 6 months older yes you guessed it now only half refund and more lies, etc. I Had four or five of the employees lie and just flat out rude. I will tell everyone to stay away from Clay Cooley for now on. Even in email they have no respect for anyone rude ***

2500 Instant Giveaway SCAM!!!

I recieved a flier in the mail from Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving for the 2500 instant giveaway event. The prizes included 25,000 dollars cash, a New Ipad pro, Walmart gift card , and a 42 Inch flat Screen TV it was a scratch off and if your number match you won that prize with the matching number. I scratched it and realized i won! I called the number and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold I finally got someone on the phone. The lady on the phone told me this giveaway expired 2 days ago. I Then asked her how? I just received this in the mail today! she told me she doesn't know and there was nothing she could do about it.! Terrible customer service! Mr. Cooley I'm quite disappointed! I would recommend to people that they don't buy a car from him!

Clay Cooley Nissan Of Irving Customer Care Review

I took my car in for service and the advisor opened my door for me! I needed an oil change and rotation. I was told in advance that there would be a little wait, which i appreciated. The customer service and communication was great! I will definitely be back and tell my friends.
