Sold a hail damaged new car
I was sold a brand new vehicle with 13 miles on it and it has hail damaged. I bought it at night so even under the lights it was impossible to see.
They did not disclose this information and it was not even discounted! I have been trying for over a month to get it fixed!

Absolutely Amazing!
After over 3 years of service, I have to say, without a doubt, Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall really rolls out the red carpet for you! Danny and Skipper have always taken the time to listen and answer any questions I might have about my vehicle.
Every time I have gone in for service, the entire staff has greeted me with a smile and is very polite. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of you.
Unethical
Applied for a used car and wanted to trade in my current car. Now my current car is a 2011 Mazda 3i Touring with less than 36,000 miles.
The salesperson texted me back stating that with the trade in they would still need $1000 down - never told me what my car was appraised at or what my payments would be. Why would I drive over 2 hours when they can not give honest numbers to anyone. very disheartening dealing with a dealership who seems to try and scam the average buyer.
Not happy at all with them and it seems they can not be upfront and honest. So so so not happy.
