Guys, I hate to be that person, but this experience really left me frustrated. I had to return two linen hooded t-shirts due to sizing issues, which totaled over $300.

When I checked their return policy, I discovered they only offer in-store credit, no refunds.

To make matters worse, I reached out to them twice and never received a reply.

While I genuinely like their garments, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I won't be buying from them again.

Just a heads-up for anyone considering their products.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

I purchased 3 Linen Shirts online from claudiomilanocouture.

The 3 items came and one of the items was the wrong size (small instead of XL). I called the company and they promised to exchange the small-size shirt for XL.

They asked me to pay for the postage and I did send the wrong item on USPS priority mail. I have waited for over 3 months and I have not received the XL shirt or refund as promised.
