My overall experience was good ring was very heavy with silver It was engraved and it turned out really nice And the cost was a $100 cheaper than Another place I think the ring came up beautiful

From the ordering process, to having the ring resized. Always got emails updating me on the progress. When I did call, they were pleasant and answered all my questions. I ordered a college ring for my Grandson. He loved it. Excellent quality! Not a lightweight ring. Nice and heavy. Got everything I asked for on the ring.

You get what you pay fourjust remember that. great website product sub par . I give would not buy again.

Having made 3 purchases from this company. First 2 rings were very good quality and have worn very well for the last 5 years. BUT, and a VERY BIG BUT.the ring I purchased in the spring of 2020 was a COMPLETE DISASTER, total CLUSTER! Gold Plating which wore off in less than 2 days. Hollowed out back, which was NOT stated. ( the other 2 previous rings are solid backed ) The band is thinner and has broken several times. Finally this was replaced at MY COST. (Not covered by warranty). The Stone was cheap, dull and dirty looking glass which was held in by 4 thin wires. This stone fell out numerous times. Finally I replaced the stone with a quality stone and had it properly mounted. Again my cost. $200. No warranty. The company did refund me the cost of the Gold Plating for $50. Only after I called numerous times. The company now states it uses a solid back to hold the stones in place. This was done following numerous complaints. Never got any satisfaction for this company. Bad Company. Bad Products. Bad Customer Service. STILL!! Now they have improved the product after numerous complaints. Trust NOTHING this company offers. Pure Garbage. Still a waste of your time and money.

Purchased a class ring from this company several times. Quite happy on the first 2 times. Descent product. 3rd purchase was a nightmare of a piece of utter and total garbage. The 3rd ring was supposed to be gold plated, not gold painted the finish completely wore out in less than 2 days. The stone was a faded, dull grey topaz. Completely translucent and with no reflection or refraction. Plus the rings are no longer solid backed, but the stone is held in place by 4 thin and tiny rods which quickly bend and break, causing the stone to fall out. I had the stone replaced with a proper white topaz and the setting made proper to keep it in place. My extra cost $200. Company refused to refund the cost of the gold plating, only offering to replate the gold. That would not be an improvement, but I could pay to have a thicker plating added on for additional cost. They dont tell you the rings are now hill backed and are lighter and cheaper, but cost you the same. This ring is garbage and the customer service is uninformed and useless. Shop elsewhere. This company is a bunch of charlatans. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. The ring was produced as ordered. I paid an extra $50 for the gold plating. Have had the ring for several weeks and the gold plating is coming off. I don't even wear the ring all the time. Co ntacted the company and still have not heard back from them. Buyer beware!

CRS produced and sold me a ring of lighter weight, stone which was improperly mounted which allows the stone to fall out numerous times. The stone was dull and did not match the photos used on their website. The ring is now hollow backed and this is not stated. The shank of the ring is thinner and gone from a 8-10mm to a 6mm. Being thinner the shank breaks much to easily. The shank has cracked and been repaired one and was replaced with a heavier shank. At my cost. The stone which consistently fell out because it was held in place with 4 thin wires of steering silver had to be properly replaced by professional jewellers with a hidden bezel. The stone was a dull and low quality greyish topaz. Nothing like what was advertised on the website. It was replaced by a CZ and held in place by a proper bezel. The gold plating, which was a gold paint wash was gone in 2 days. Note only on exposed areas which would naturally take more wear, but in areas that were exposed to no contact. Professional jewellers who worked to this ring stated minimal gold was applied during the electro-plating process. Customer service stated to send the ring back and theyd replate the ring. My response was why should I trust them? Theyve given me no positive answers. It took almost 18 months to refund just the cost of the plating. That came after constant phone calls and poor reviews. Communicating with other dissatisfied customers whove had the same issues seemed to finally get them to move on an issue that took an absurd amount of time. This is a cheaper product than what the produced just a few years ago and they show no pictures indicating the cost costing poor construction now being used. The images of the stones used and the final product look nothing like what the customer receives. Very thing is deceptive except for their delivery time. Having to spend $200. To have a proper stone properly set is obscene. The ring looks now what I expected it to look like when I purchased it. What I received from CRS was garbage and return policy was just more unacceptable placations. Company is dishonest and doesnt show what is the actual product. Highly false advertising. Having to spend extra to get a product I wanted. Like buying a new car from a dealership photograph, but what you get is a car with no tyres or engine and its spray painted with water coloured paint. Bad company in every aspect who are not willing to accept their mistakes. I urge everyone to avoid these people. .

Well, they took hundreds of dollars from me and provided NOTHING in return. They ring never came. I was promised the moon and stars and yet still no ring. SCAM! AVOID! THIEVES!

got my ring size was off they want a bunch of money to fix there mistake then told me go ahead and dispute we win all the time no ever to make it right once the have ur money they dont carenever stay far wat

I wish I had read the reviews of this company. Long story short, I had to send ring back TWICE...the stone was different than the first stone, it was off center and the engraving was absolutely awful! I paid over $400.00 for this ring and am so disappointed! Buyer beware!!

Firstly after wearing the ring 4 hours the Gold-Plating is already wearing off. The product description does not tell you that the ring is not solid backed so the stone chosen looks like broken glass with nothing to reflect off from. Poorly designed and defective product and now the company is using the excuse thats going to be several weeks before they can provide service.

I ordered a ring last week and chose to have an engraving inside. The ring arrived and it appears to be pretty flimsy for a 190 dollars ring! Also the engraving wasn’t there. When I called the customer service, the individual kept saying that he didn’t see an engraving on the order. I informed this gentleman that I had a snapshot of my order that showed I chose to have an engraving. He kept saying that he didn’t see it on my order! Had I not taken the snap shot I doubt if these people would have believed me (the customer) . Also I have been trying to in on their site and having issue.

I know I’m writing this review late in the game but I feel that I couldn’t sit on my feelings about this any longer.I ordered a 10k gold class ring from Classringshop.com on Feb. 1I was really happy to be able create a ring with so many customizable options and managed to get exactly what I wanted. When I received it initially,I was blown away. However, upon further inspection it didn’t take me long to noticed that some of the gold was scaped off the inside of the top of the ring along the edge. Now I was little thrown off by this, but since it was just on the inside of the ring and a little along the edge, I wasn’t too concerned about it. Unfortunately, my disappointment grew when just days later I started to notice the black coating fading away from within the engraving on the sides of the ring. As time went on this fading worsened. At first, I was in disbelief; It really doesn’t make any sense that a 600 dollar, 10k gold ring would be doing this already...(at all). Honestly, I tried to dismiss it and tell myself that it’s alright...but NO, it’s not alright. This must have been poorly made ring. Maybe it’s too late to do anything about this since it’s been about two months but l feel I had to get this off my chest because this ring is important to me and TOO EXPENSIVE for this. I excepted so much more from you guys.
