Brought van in to determine why windows wouldn't roll down. $85 fee to look at it.

Lose $85 or pay $325 for a $150 job. When the switch was replaced, the auto down function didn't work on the drivers window. When that was fixed, then the mirrors didn't work. Then when that was done, the remote locks didn't work.

Still waiting at store for them to figure that out. Total time wasted, 3 hours. I only have one day off per week, so my time is valuable.

Others I know have complained about this place. I should have known better.
