Purchase a Kia Optima it was one price on the internet but when I got there they jacked the price up $4000! When I bought it to the sales manager attention 10 minutes later they pretended that they convince the finance company to go down on the price!

Which was a lie I had it pulled up on my phone. After I purchase the car like a idiot Bryan pretended that he would get the rim fixed apparently the previous owner hit a curve. Then he pretended that he would get me a 2nd set of keys, not!!! I know a 2019 should have more than one key!

The car was full of dog/cat hair!

Anything to get a sale I guess. Im encouraging all my friends and family to NOT purchase a vehicle from Classic Kia on Walton Dr in Texarkana!!!

Completely padded and fraudulent estimate.

AI Highlights
  • - Squeaking steering after engine recall check; oil changed early.
  • - Estimate over $3,000 for multiple parts; final fix $150.

I took my car into Classic Kia of Texarkana because I had a squeaking steering wheel that started after my engine recall check that I had done there. I let them change the oil early because I was there.

( I live 100 miles away). Well I got over a $3000. repair estimate. Rack and pinion, 1,517: power steering pump,9,00: spark plugs, 209: Air filters 82: wiper blades 50: and fuel Service 170.00.

What rang my bell was the wiper blades. I just had those changed two weeks prior. Also spark plug change is not called for until 105000 miles my car has 72000. My filters were changed last oil change.

So I figured if I could not trust them to be honest with me about the little things I knew about i was not going to okay anything until I had it checked out. I have had it checked out. The part I need cost $70.00 The total cost was $150.00 to fix the car. Plus they cleaned the engine to check themselves because the oil change had been very sloppy and checked all lines and such while in there.

Because this 'squeaking" did not start until right after my engine check I now also believe they could have caused this problem. Lost all confidence in them.

This was my original post but then I found out I did not even need the part. So it cost me absolutely nothing to get my car fixed.

No leak no squeaks. Greed is a bad business move when it comes to customer service.
