Dealer misrepresented collectible car condition

Classic Car Studio, St.Louis,MO advertised "restored 1963 Austin Healey BJ7 with strong, fresh mechanicals". I paid $60,000 based on description. I received an unrestored BJ7 with BJ8 dash and top, complete with hole in muffler and no seat belts. A mechanical nightmare. Front hub spline wear makes car unsafe to drive. Austin Healey mechanic estimates it would cost $4300 just to make the car safe and drivable. That would not cover investigating the massive oil leak, low oil pressure, non-functioning overdrive and gas gauge, etc. Certified appraiser values car at $35,000. Less, if the oil problem requires serious work.

Classic Car Studio refuses to negotiate any kind of rational compromise.

I feel it necessary to report Classic Car Studio for misrepresentation.
