Not very good with customer service these days it seems.
the email the class feature has failed since june 11 sending emails to only half the class or less. i as the only site administrator did not receive emails at all.
to check to see if it was a hotmail issue, i changed my email. now i am locked out of the site completely because the site won't let me log in with my credentials.
so we have a reunion with registration closing in a week and no way to see if anyone has donated, registered, or to turn off registration or get our money. ridiculous that no support is provided at all for two weeks at this important time.

Not responding to my emails
For the last 12 years, they have been responsive and timely. It is just lately they have not responded to several emails for help.
Not receiving email on AOL account. I have a GMail account that seems right now to go through. Looking for a solution and advice on a work around.
