This was the first time i ever used your service and im so sorry to say that im a little disappointed. I understand you have safety protocols, but for a first time user, it doesn't make your company look good.

These are people that are relying on me for help, and you suspended my account in seconds after you charge me? Not good. First they said it will take 24 hours to fix, and today im told 48 hours. Its been over 24 hours now, and they still haven't fixed the issue.

Please I beg you to fix it . Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Everything went well and I have no problem anymore.

I only wanted to register my phone number so I can give it to bancolombia. 573234****68 I have never had so much trouble in my life doing business with a company and I am 65 years of age, just somethings so easy is so difficult for you guys, and I wanted a phone plan also, I thought EEUU was difficult,wow.
