Clarity Trial Review

This is another internet scam. My daughter ordered a trial size product and didn't read the fine print. That put her into automatic shipments and recurring payments. We're trying to get our $141.00 back. A Pissed Consumer @ Christmas

Trial products are a scam!! They are hiding the true cost and not refunding...

I made the big mistake of ordering trial products of face cream and eye cream "which I would only pay for shipping and handling" Suddenly my card is charged for $89.99 and $94.99 and when I call, am told that I am "past the cancellation date"...the products were shipped without ANY labeling or indication of their terms and conditions, I could go on.,..this is a HUGE SCAM and their products should be avoided like the plague!! These companies with shady scam operations should be stopped!!! I was put onto some kind of autoship program without my consent, and when I called to complain and ask for a refund, was told that the "trial" products were actually full-size products and I needed to pay the full cost!

The site, www.tryclarity.net is a scam site. They advertise trial size products for small price plus shipping fee. The site does not mention you are auto enrolled for subsequent products with applicable billings on the product offer page. I found out I was being billed $185 for auto delivery products when PayPal sent me notifications of pending charges. I called the company and found out it was all explained in Terms and Conditions! You know that link at the bottom of the page that takes you to all the fine and light print. The stuff no one really reads as it generally pertains to legal jargon; not billing terms.
