Disappointed it will not charge.

Cant use it because it will not charge. What can I do? Love it otherwise but this is new that it wont charge. I plugged it into different rooms to be sure. Help me ! I love it otherwise. What can be done. Never had this problem before. Is there a warranty? Where I I sent it to get fixed?

User's recommendation: Great cleaning brush, soft brush head. Cleans very well.

My Clarasonice battery broke

I had an issue that after 1yr my Clarasonic battery died.But the site over which I had buy it send me a replacement Clarasonic no charge, so all is cleared.

My clarisonic has stopped working and I am just trying to find out what my options are. No one answers the number listed for Customer Service. It just rings and rings and no message comes on.

Alpha charging issue

Call was not connected due to routing issue. When I try and charge my alpha the red light flashes and the unit continually buzzes like the unit does at the end of cleansing cycle

Clarisonic "warranty"

After much comparison shopping, I purchased a Clarisonic Plus for over $200. It came with a one year warranty. I immediately registered the purchase on the company's website. Before the year was up the charger stopped working. Without the charger you're unable to use the Clarisonic. I contacted Clarisonic warranty service and was told the charger is NOT covered by the warranty. Great. You cannot use the Clarisonic without the charger. I think EVERY part of the purchase should be covered by the warranty. I am happy with the Clarisonic Plus. I am NOT happy with the charger and Clarisonic's warranty.
