In years past I enjoyed reading the physical paper, but the service has devolved and there is little of interest to read, and I never log in.
I never read the electronic subscription and, frankly, there is little to read. I find the fact that you require me to write at least 100 characters explaining why I want to cancel to be very frustrating!

Preferred solution: I simply want to cancel!! If you’d like to refund my money for the months I didn’t read it, please feel free to pick a number of months and refund me accordingly! It’s been many months since I’ve logged in!
