They don’t care bout their tenants

Refuse to have gardens done even thou we pay for it also want extra money towards gardeners also my pathway broken I am registered disabled have to use trolley when shopping due to mini stroke. When I complain they tell me not their problem so if I fall whose problem is it

I agree with this communial gardens for the elderly tenants were beautifully kept until clarion took over. They gave contract to people who must be cheapest option no grass is collected just left making it dangerous for the residents who are elderly and disabled. Impossible to use which is a shame cut once every 4-5 weeks weeds up to the windows no care given whatsoever.

Why r our gardens not being done

Lived here for 17yrs, am disabled gardeners won’t cut our bushes or plants that are growing over pathways although we pay them too. Also my pathway is broken when I phone am told not clarions problem.

I have walked that I have to use when I go out as due to mini stroke I had if I fall on broken pathway whose fault is it!

Our gardens r a disgrace an u want more money for gardeners WHY when they r not doing their job. Thank you

CLARIONS FAILURES ARE RUING MY LIFE

Clarion choose to Ignore government advice Managers and staff are not up to date with thew latest government information.

The customer accounts manager has written to me to state that as a courtesy he has done what is in his job description.

Clarion done does not act transparently like a charity should, they do not want to let residents know who is dealing with the cyber issues they are having.

Clarion has tried to disallow residents reading their governing documents until publicly shamed on trust pilot.

Clarion are causing people to be in debt and have no way yo resolve these issues.

Clarion do not care about peoples mental health, they do not live up to any of the statements on their websites.

they refuse to accept what is counted as information already in the public domain.

Preferred solution: for clarion housing group to act responsibly and follow the guidance. for clarion to not employ staff who believe that doing their job description is a courtesy.

All complaints beiing addressed by CHG, due to the considerable efforts of the Live Smart Manager responsible for tennants at Eleanor Court.

ATTENTION PLEASE CLARION HOUSING GROUP This complaint is for and on behalf of residents of Eleanor Court situated Castle Street, Guildford, Surrey. There are a number longstanding and outstanding maintenance issues that need addressing and that have been pursued relentlessly and without success by a very efficient and caring Eleanor Court Live Smart Manager:

(1) for a considerable time the two security lights situated outside in the Eleanor Court parking bay area have been out of order, leaving the outside area pitch black and unlit at night. HAZARDOUS!

(2) The exterior of the Eleanor Court building was recently painted and repair work was carried out on the roof tiling. The work done is by any standards shoddy and the contractors signed off it seems without any quality control checks from the Clarion Housing Group. NEGLIGENT!

(3) The gates securing the Eleanor Court car parking area are not functioning correctly and the rotting wooden pegs shoring up the about to collapse raised verges partly surrounding the parking area need replacing. INDIFFERENT!

Thanks CHG and to the Live Smart Manager for her dedication and persistence. However the other complaints are still awaiting attention, the most important being repairs to the security lighting at the rear entrance and front gateway to Eleanor Court.
