Booking issue
I booked a room through Priceline and went to check in at the Clarion location on Woodlawn drive in Charlotte North Carolina when I arrived I was told that I had to pay a $75 deposit and I have rented a room from there 2 to 3 times in the past month and I've never been asked to pay a deposit have never been turn down for a room and I had to sleep in my car tonight because the front desk clerk would not waive this so-called refund or deposit refund that we've never encountered before prior to this and I have already booked the room through Priceline so I am out my money and I have no place to stay tonight and I would like a refund for that room.

i was accused of smoking in room and charged 240 $ for it. I also was refused home offices number and hung up on twice by the manger and i have a video of all of this , its to big to upload below but i can email personally , I spend plenty of money with this hotel and do not deserve this service. -caesar perez 979417****

Never in my life have I ever been treated so bad microwave broke room dirty gave me so much problem checking in paid for six days and did not want to stay one and not return my money until the following day then gave me problems giving my money back because they said they did not have any came back at 7 oclock the next morning like they told me I wanted to find out they did not have the money to get back to me yet trying to get in contact with customer service no one returned my call Nextel call Police now in the file papers against a hotel

False information
On the site where I booked my stay at clarion in Atlanta Ga it stated that there was a breakfast from 6am-10am but there was absolutely no breakfast. Also it did NOT say anything about a on site deposit.
And when I got there they requested a deposit. That is false advertising and they used that to reel me in .
I am unhappy with my stay and would like to be considered for a refund . Thank you

No support from Clarion Corporation of America
I have a Clarion NAX970HD and MAX675VDII navigation system custom installed in my car since 2007. Although regular updates were promised, the software was only updated once, in 2008.
The unit is now unreliable and badly out of date and is giving me bad information on my trips across the U.S. I have sent 3 certified letters to the company president and 1 to the marketing manager along with calls to the company. I have asked for an update or for an alternative system that can be updated on a 12 to 18 month basis.
None have produced any responses. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase any electronic equipment from Clarion Corporation.

My Clarion Navigation DVD radio works great. Never had a problem. Best one on the market.
