Fraud and Lying
- - The plugs were not compatible with UK sockets.
- - Returned at my expense; customs delays; promised refunds, but none after a year.
Numerous emails from their support service saying how they understand and empathise but no refund partial or otherwise being given. To me it appears entirely fraudulent.
Again, I was told that they had issues and should expect a partial refund. After endless, seemingly sympathetic messages where they said they would give me a partial refund, but they were having some difficulties at their end - no refund has appeared.
A whole year later and no progress; they are crooks and scammers. Avoid doing any business with them.

You sent me the wrong product
- - Ordered a flick stick but got a TV stick.

OK, so I ordered a flick stick which does one thing youre not supposed to pay a monthly fee and theres none of that and then its supposed to let you stream better for less money and what you sent me was what they call a TV stick and all that does is make a stupid TV to a smart TV then I sent my information to Emma. Whoever Emma was and she sent me something that said click stick on the top and and Im just a TV stick on the bottom.
Well Ill be in the stock numbers for him were five numbers apart though it was just like on a different shelf so always on the same shelf or whoever was picking it picked it but its the wrong item and she said that she wouldnt replace it or return it or do anything like that for me that just like youre just done sorry I dont agree with that. I will never stop here again. Unless you change it.
Send me the right stick that the flick stick not this one cause this is not what I ordered, but I paid the same price as the flick stick that is what irritates me the most and then now I gotta go to go to my bank and cancel the The monthly prescription cause Im not paying that cause I got the wrong product from you. I purchase 1 TV stick, they sent and charged me for 4. They also started charging me $49.99 a month for some kind of club, for the past 4 months.
My bank brought it to my attention, when I asked they sent me a link to start an account? They are thieves and frauds.

Buyer be aware - Horrible company that makes you jump through hoops to follow their return policy even shipping it back to China and then returning that box to me because they said Customs refused i
- - Return to China was required after items shipped from a US warehouse.
- - I paid $32.91 postage and, after 8 months of emails, got a small refund.
After complying with everything this company required of me including pictures and video of merchandise sent they required me to ship back to China, It was shipped to me from Wyoming, so I'm sure they have a US based warehouse however they required me to send it to China which I did and paid international postage $32.91 to do- only two months later to receive the box back at my home. 
The company said often Chinese customs return boxes for no reason.
Yikes I paid postage for nothing had to fight for a small portion of a refund.
I lost a big time on this venture and will never order what proved to be sub quality materials watches, and TV antennas. It took 8 months of nonstop emails on my part fighting for a refund
I will never order from this company ever again!
Caution to every customer to shop elsewhere !

Byzantine Return Policy
- - The company ships products to China despite tariffs, and I have fought them.
- - I want a refund; the products do not provide services after three months.
- Must ship the unwanted products to an address in China; Current Tariff and Trade restrictions prohibit sending technology of any kind to China. I want a full refund as the products do not provide the advertised services.
I've been corresponding (fighting) with this company for three months. Do not purchase from or conduct any kind of business with this company.
