- - DHL: delivering 5/12, then parcel returned due to dangerous oil; customer angry.
Very angry. This has been going on for weeks.
Order no 00704057 - 28/10/2024. I contacted AusPost and was told the address was wrong - not from my end because I have an account with Clarins.I have tried on many occasions to contact Customer Service - answer has been there is no one available to take your call Then I had a message from DHL to say they were delivering today 5/12 - then another message to say parcel returned to shipper because there was dangerous oil within. Please look into this debacle for me. This has gone on for too long now and IAm definately a pissed off customer.
