Booking complaint/Unprofessionalism
Ive come here once before and I had a fairly good experience; which of course led my decision to come back! Unfortunately, this visit would have been my LAST visit!
She is VERY unprofessional and there is a lack of clarity on booking and deposit fees. She doesnt have an actual shop, its done in the living room of her home which would have been totally fine! But its NEVER clean. Her children are very noisy and disrespectful.
Her mother/grandmother is always cooking and handing her food to eat WHILE doing my hair.
She isnt considerate of peoples health, noise, religious preferences! Thank you.

Terrible communication and availability
Recently, I booked an appointment with this young lady who have used in the past. This time, she has not been answering her phone and I have called her more than four times and have messaged her on the stylesheet app as well as her personal phone number.
To cancel it, I would be charged half of my original total, so I had been contacting her because she change the time late night, the night before! (Very unprofessional) Ive only been contacting her this many times to get some clarity and understanding of what was going on and the address she change the price, as well as the deposit amount, and the initial time of my appointment!
Although her in result from my previous experience with her was quality, no individual should go through this much hassle trying to contact a specific individual for service that they are paying for! Thank you.
