My account is all messed up
Nothing was resolved and I am still unable to use the pay advance for no reason because I plenty of sufficient time to do so. I get the same response every time and my time wasted. I use to very much appreciate this app, however it's changed and horrible now.

I owe money that I didn’t receive
I had borrowed money off of Clair just to see it had been paid for, but it still shows I owe the money. I owe $303, but I have only seen $89.01. The media files I have attached; picture #4 is the only borrowed amount that I actually received.

2 $25 amounts did not deposit into my account it's saying it was deposited but it is not showing in my account.

This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. 25.00 advance once and took 25.00 plus 25.00.
My limit was 100.00; only advance 25.00. Still didn't even get that, but it took off two 25.00. It showed it took off one from a hundred dollars advance. I tried this morning.
Advance said I advanced; remaining was 50.00.
This is crazy. Fix please.

Every time I try getting a cash advance and try adding the funds to my card ending in 5278 and the card ending in 4966, it says those cards are linked to a different account, which they are not, because those are my cards that I've actually used to advance the money from here before. How can I get that taken care of?

I never got to speak with anyone the phone hung up.i was prompted by a recorder but no one never answered the phone call. To be honest i dont care for ai if you are requesting to speak with a human then you are direct by ai is false&misleading and i dont care for it at all.I dont like the fact that everything is now ai such a waste of time

Not at all happy
- - The advance was repaid, but the same amount was deducted weekly for 4 weeks.
- - No phone support; only chat/email, issue remains unresolved.
I used them for an advance. That went smoothly and when my payday came the advance was deducted from my check.
So the advance was repaid in full. Great. But then the next week they deducted the same amount again, after it had been repaid already. I had to email and chat bot and they apologized and deposited the money back to my account.
But the next week again, they deducted the amount again. This went on every week for 4 weeks..And it is still not resolved. Cannot speak with anyone on the phone.
All chat bot or email. I am more than dissatisfied.i wish I had never used them
