Resolved: I hired a company (claimtheweb.com) to build a website (scrubazon.com) in May 2013
the company has since completed the website with exception to a few odds and ends.
I hired a company (claimtheweb.com) to build a website (scrubazon.com) in May 2013 and paid over $10,000 in advance (50%) plus, they charged me a monthly fee of about $50 from the start for over a year. The site still does not work correctly and therefore I have not been able to open it to the public.
I tried disputing the charges with the credit card company, but they claim I got the site, it's just not to my liking... that said I have to just keep waiting for them to fix all of the problems and emailing back and forth while they take their time.
They only stopped billing me monthly because my credit card expired. I have tried putting bad reviews out there and asked for a refund several times, but they just continue to lead me on.
